Joseph B. Mihalov
After obtaining his BS degree in accounting from Saint Joseph College, he accepted a position with the Internal Revenue Service spending 6 years in domestic taxation and 6 years in international taxation. He left government service and was employed as a tax manager by Price Waterhouse. He was admitted to partnership by Alexander Grant & Co. serving as the firm’s, international tax partner and was tax director for Sundstrand Corporation, a Fortune 500 company. Upon retirement from Reynolds Metals Company’s international tax department, he returned to Indiana as the owner of his own CPA firm. His professional licenses and designations include: • Certified Public Accountant • Certified Valuation Analyst He is a member of the Illinois CPA Society, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and the National Society of Tax Professionals. Earned her A.S. in accounting in 1997. Before completing her education she joined Joseph B. Mihalov CPA, PC in 1996. Geni specializes in estate trust and inheritance tax return preparation.
