After obtaining his BS degree in accounting from Saint Joseph College,
he accepted a position with the Internal Revenue Service spending 6
years in domestic taxation and 6 years in international taxation.
He left government service and was employed as a tax manager by
Price Waterhouse. He was admitted to partnership by Alexander
Grant & Co. serving as the firm’s, international tax partner and
was tax director for Sundstrand Corporation, a Fortune 500 company.
Upon retirement from Reynolds Metals Company’s international tax
department, he returned to Indiana as the owner of his own CPA firm.
His professional licenses and designations include:

• Certified Valuation Analyst
As vice president of operations, her responsiblities
include staffing, client assignments, and firm
logistics. She joined the firm in 1997 with over 13
years of experience gained with national and
regional CPA firms. She received her Graduate
Associates Degree from Indiana Business
College.
Earned her A.S. in accounting in 1997. Before completing
her education she joined Joseph B. Mihalov CPA, PC in 1996. Geni
specializes in estate trust and inheritance tax return preparation. She
excels in Quickbooks consulting and cost accounting. Her other duties
include financial, payroll, and sales reporting.
Gay joined the firm in 2005 and brings over 25
years of experience gained as a bookkeeper and
manager specializing in auto sales, real estate
management and tax preparation for a national
accounting and tax preparation firm. She obtained
her Associates Degree in Accounting from the
Robert Morris College.
Joined the firm in 1998 while attending Purdue
University. He prepares individual income tax returns and assists in
tax research. Chuck enjoys client interaction.
